@Octane the ouya isn't counted because it is STRICTLY china based. no gamestop, no walmart, NO store outside china sells that console.
a TRUE branded console is sold worldwide. ouya is more like a pc anyway, as it is just a stream machine, like a roku, but MOSTLY for games, although it can do movies and shows too.

@FullbringIchigo they could not set it at 99 on day one. there wasn't THAT much from missions. they want every mission's experience to be filled with purpose, and they don't want to set a cap extremely higher than area level maximum. as well as they needed time to set the higher rankings on the engravings to change with every 10th level up, and they needed time to test out a balanced set up for it as well. just like how they did not want to release new game plus day one because they need to plan out how the "legendary equipment duplicate" situation could be avoided. with ALL legendary equipment in the game [not counting store content] its almost 100. i think it reaches if not exceeding 100 so about 5 playthroughs [to new game++++] than their inventory, AND chest would be forced full with UNSELLABLE, and SALVAGEABLE equipment. they don't want to do that to everyone.

@kirkyeehee you still get 2 or 3 days to download. Just set system on standby instead of turning off. Downloads kick in the three time faster.
Example: I download rocksmith it says 3 hours. I put on standby go play smash bros ultimate for an hour, and come back to ps4, it's fully downloaded from 3 minutes before I came back.

@Tulio517 maybe if you have eastern time. Since the game releases 29th 12:00am eastern, and I'm central so I get it at 11pm on the 28th. (If digital only. Physical copy buyers have to wait for midnight at earliest no matter timezone. Sadly. That's why I turned digital for the single player based games.)
So I could see THAT possibility. But if you are central or a more west based timezone, that can't be it. Preload date change could be possible too.

@Tulio517 my ps4 says 1-26-2019 for preload.
