It's more than fair to say that Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has been dividing opinions, and so we're very interested in hearing what you lot have to say about it. A far cry from the Batman-based, single-player shenanigans that put developer Rocksteady on the map, this co-op shooter has been a talking point for quite some time — especially since it was revealed to be a live service title months ahead of release.
Without wanting to sway you, we don't think the game's that bad. In fact, we gave it a 'good' 7/10 in our Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League PS5 review — although admittedly, we do think the title has a bit of an identity crisis going on. "Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is a complicated game. It's tough not to think about what could have been if Rocksteady opted for another traditional single player title — especially since the split personalities at this game's heart stop it from reaching the heights of the developer's previous works," we wrote.
So, what do you think of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League? Give it a review score of your own in our poll, and then at least try to explain yourself in the comments section below.

Would have given it a 9 on release, but servers have been a dumpster fire since leaving early access. Devs are not even listening, arguing with people on Twitter and nerfing mechanics instead of fixing what’s utterly broken for many.
5/10 from me, its not terrible or broken but its not really good either.
Definitely a 6 or a 5 with its boring gameplay design.
8 for me, it’s actually really fun.
I bet 85% of the people voting here haven’t even played it. Sad 😂
4. Below average quality.
so many people rate games on here that clearly didn't bother to play them
Seeing so many 1 out of 10 votes seems insane to me.
I've been playing games for decades and can hardly remember anything, I could mark with such a low score from the heart. And judging from reviews or streams Suicide Squad is not that bad. It is not the best game in the class and it does have it's own problems and downsides, but is it 1/10 for real? I doubt. But will give my vote only after playing it.
3/10. Gameplay is repetitive, the story is not only poor but very short. Some of the story is crude and rather grotesque. (some of you may know about the scene I am talking about).
The only plus side is the graphics and polish of the cutscenes.
Probably one of the worst games I have played. I am a pretty level headed person I would like to think but this game made me angry.
I am grateful I played a friends copy and didn't have to pay for it. I felt so bad for my friend I actually got them a £70 gift card to get another game.
I wonder if Rocksteady will make another game after this.
@Loamy @MrMeeeseeeks no they do play it but they already know they won't like the game but buy it anyway then proceed to tell everybody how crap it is.
@Northern_munkey I very much doubt all the people who voted actually played it.
8 from me, been having a blast swinging around with Harley and stomping everyone with shark.
I'm only 11 hours in and about to finally try to find lex lol
One thing I hate is that the loot bugs are hard to find once you lose sight
@naruball I doubt all the people who voted actually played it too but there are those people who will buy things knowing that they won't be having a great time and still feel they should say so. I should have made myself clearer sorry 👍
I think it's fair to say, the game received a (somewhat) undue bashing, for being so different, but... surely does not deserve anything above a (generous) 7
Clearly best Rocksteady's game so far.
Should probably add a "I didn't play it" option so people don't immediately flock to the 1/10 option.
Before I realized I had a bug I would've easily given it an 8, with the bug it's a 4. I can not progress with the endgame as my Mastery/Finite Crisis levels are stuck at 0. Which is making the endgame useless for me. This has been going on for 7 days now.
I highly doubt most of the people voting have even played it. The online reaction to this game has been ridiculous. On many of the stores which know if you've played it or not, it has some pretty good reviews.
I know the poll has only been up for half a day, but probably the most telling piece of data is that only 105 people have responded to the poll so far. For a mainstream release it feels like there isn’t much excitement. So, what I’m detecting most about this game isn’t necessarily praise or disdain, but rather apathy.
the damage control on here is hilarious
i suppose all 70 critics on metacritic were paid off as well and cannot be trusted? it is sitting at a 60 average. let that sink in. maybe it is YOU that is the problem?
It is a good example of everything that is wrong with today's video game industry.
It's a 7, the game isn't bad by any means. It just they put all their eggs in the live service basket. I hope in the coming months through updates and content drops the game will reach it's true potential.
@Northern_munkey no, don't worry. You were clear and I agree with you. There are certainly some people who do that. I was just thinking about the vast majority of people who gives games a 1/10 here. I believe that if you spend that kind of money, you give the game a proper chance and realize that it's far from a 1/10. Even a 3/10, I'd get, but 1/10 is ridiculous.
Over 6 thousand reviews on PSN averaging like a 4.5/5
@naruball it's probably the same haters that were giving Gotham knights a rough ride and that was a really good game. Its the world we live in now.
@Northern_munkey I haven't played it and I didn't vote. That said, I would've liked it if there was an alternative in the poll saying 'Not played it yet'
I've only played it for 5 or so hours, but my take; It's ok. It's certainly not what I really wanted from the creators of the Arkham-games - and I'm utterly fascinated by the product exisiting in this form after we all collectively watched the Avengers crash and burn a few years ago.
But much like that game, I suspect I'll eventually power through the solo campaign and look back on it with some quaint fondness before I uninstall it and move on with my life.
6 out of 10. Not bad.
Anything less than 10/10 is a lie 😜
@BeenGamingSince_83 same here I haven't played it so I didn't vote..how can you if you haven't played it 🤣
@MrMeeeseeeks Except I did play it, in a play test. If I didn't have fun then, why would I shell out the cash in a gamble for fun on the finished product? Granted, I don't go around disparaging the game. But everyone complaining about how the game cannot receive fair criticism is extremely suspect.
A 4. Lifeless, soulless, and downright NOT FUN to play.
0 and i don't need to play it to come to this conclusion, i have seen missions seem to revolve around escorting a payload much like the overwatch game mode, metropolis looks boring, no real ending to the game you just gotta apparently wait for live service to end.
Gotham Knights is better i mean at least in that you don't just jump off of buildings and land on your feet without a gadget meanwhile Harley Quinn a character with no superpowers is landing on her feet no fall damage after jumping off skyscrapers in suicide squad.
Can't score it I don't own it I just watched the story online and left it at that.
With the server problems and unable to play multiplayer............ I grant this game a 2 out of 10.
2 out of 10 because .............
You can still play solo if you don't mind sitting in loading screens for 20mins
@MrMeeeseeeks When I tell people I really dislike souls games or RDR2 or Witcher 3 or Death Stranding I always get those same responses "you didn't play it" or " you just didn't get it".
Ever think that maybe, just maybe, people actually dislike things you like? Yeah, crazy thought innit.
@Jammsbro yeah, it’s possible a few of these people played it and didn’t like it. But mostly, I think it’s whiny la-hoo za-hers who don’t like live service games and think that somehow voting 1/10 in this poll is going to save the gaming industry from impending doom 😂
@MrMeeeseeeks Live service games are whats killing it and by calling them that you have just proved that you are one of the reasons it's dying. Throwing your money at junk rather than supporting strong developers and creators who give us great games. But you would rather repeat the same game every year with new skins (woohoo, new colours). Those games are released by dev houses for one single reason, to turn your bank account into their bank account. And you look at other as if they are are daft, all the while praising the companies who just want your cash. And you give it to them, for new trinkets and shiny guns.
@Jammsbro I like ‘good’ live service games and I like SP games. I support both. There’s room for both.
I don’t like Sports games or COD, both of which are insanely popular. But I’m not going to vote 1/10 on their polls because I’m worried their insane popularity is going to ruin the gaming industry. That’s silly.
Live service games aren’t ruining the industry. There are as many bad live service games as there are good ones. Suicide Squad is one of the good ones and doesn’t deserve the blind hate or hysteria.
Fair enough if you don’t like live service games but just ignore it and move on 🤷
I give Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League a solid 7 out of 10. The gameplay and missions are very repetitive but the story and cutscenes are really good. I wish it wasn't made the way it was as a live service game, it really hurt it overall. I'm hoping in the future we get a proper Arkham reboot or remake.
