I waited over 20 minutes for an agent, closed my tab, attempted it again, then I couldn't get in.
Tried with two other browsers--and the same message across all attempts comes:
"It appears we have already chatted with you. Sorry we couldn't resolve your problem."
And the other message that comes is that I am blocked from chatting...
Anyone know what's going on?
My main issue is I tried to sign up with PlayStation Plus but they gave me PlayStation Now a week ago and am trying to resolve this issue, but I can't call anyone or get through on chat...
Well why did you close your tab of you were waiting for someone?? You are going to have to be patient with them as they are probably working with a smaller staff due to the pandemic going one right now.
The only thing I can suggest if you are blocked is try another avenue of contacting them like email, or telephone.
@Genrou as I said already, they have no phone agents (due to the pandemic) and I closed the tab because not only was it taking longer than usual, but my browser disables java suddenly so i had to restart it too. Tried in chrome, firefox, and safari.
@Severian Well yeah it will take them longer then usual again of the pandemic. The only thing then if you can't call is just wait for a response to the email you sent, but be patient as it may take awhile.
Also just a bit of advice if you used a credit card to pay for it don't cancel the card or dispute the charge with your bank as doing that will cause Sony to lock your account completely.
So yeah just be patient and wait for a response from the email.
@Genrou yipes—wouldn’t dispute the charge with the credit card anyway because I wanted to go through Sony directly. Understandable they’d block the account entirely though.
@Severian Yeah. Alot of people though when they can't get through with Sony will then go through their credit card company and that will only make things worst.
I’ve been trying to resolve an issue for weeks now. How did you get into contact with someone? Someone changed my email address and I need it changed back. Any help??
@B__RABB Oh no, if you don't have your e-mail to get into the chat, you may be better off tweeting the official account for help...
I waited to get on at exactly opening time for their web agents, but this may need you to provide your registered e-mail....or wait until they take calls again...sorry!
can someone help me with my problem this morning i tried to sign into my ps4 account and it said wrong password so i went to reset it and the email wouldn't go through so i went to chat support live and it said im blocked and idk what i did and i know in fact that my account is hacked if someone wants to help me with this problem pls do
