I, or rather my son, is trying to play Lego Marvel Super Heroes on the PS4. As he is only 8, his account has parental controls applied to it. When I attempt to play the game on his account, or even with his account logged in, I'm unable to play the game as it is "restricted" when an account with parental controls is logged in. This seems odd as it is a child's game (lego 7, the parental controls are set to age 10 and above) and I want to play it in my child's profile as opposed to my profile.
I consider the parental controls I've set up to be exactly what I need for an 8 year old but am quite shocked this restricts the use of a child's game. Is this a common issue on other games? Is there away around this? I don't want my child to communicate online so I don't want to open up any settings.
