@carlos82 I kinda wrote off VR Worlds based on the cover picture of that angry bald dude, it looks so bad lol. I didn't know there was a diving game. I also see there's a racing game and a space game. I definitely want to play it sooner knowing it's not about angry bald men screaming!
Yeah, I just booted up Playroom VR and I was a bit disappointed that most games required two players. I played the Astro Bot game, and I tried the shooting mini-game. I may go back to it, because I kinda like the claw machine.
Did you play the underwater level in Astro Bot yet? The seaweed at the end was the best thing
@Octane that angry bald dude represents the London Heist and it's a great little game and it's surprising how naturally some parts of that game come to you. The diving game is more of a ride of sorts with very little gameplay but it's a pretty cool experience, I never spent much time with the other stuff on there.
The Playroom really shines when you've got others to play with but not so much alone
Haha yeah I spent about 5 minutes trying to shake that seaweed off my head before scoring a goal or two with my little friend. I like going in that room with all of the robots you've rescued and having them run around you and I've tried one of the challenge stages but I'm gonna wait until finishing the game before doing them. Did you notice the floor of the first boss?
Older than I care to remember but have been gaming since owning a wooden Atari 2600 and played pretty much everything inbetween.
@carlos82The PS1 floor? Yeah, that was a pretty neat detail. The game is full of them. It's probably my second favourite game after God of War this year, and I'm not even done yet.
Haven't tried the Challenge Stages yet, are they like remixes of the levels, or separate stages? Difficult? I don't want to look them up, cause I don't want to spoil the boss fights, and we all know YouTube likes to spoil things in its tumbnails.
@Octane I've just tried one and I think it was the first, and yeah they seem to be separate stages loosely based upon the stage you unlocked it from and was definitely more of a challenge as it's timed. I suppose once again a bit like Mario in given those that want it a bit more challenge after the main game
@Octane I finally got round to the last boss on Astro Bot not done it yet but will finish it tomorrow. Pretty much every level has been fantastic with new surprises and the spooky level on the last world is my favourite, with some cool references to Ghouls & Ghosts and Castlevania. Speaking of which what I wouldn't give for a VR game of either of those in the vein of this, then the boss of world 5 was so much fun.
I've now got Beat Saber as well and that is yet another fantastic game swinging lightsabers to the beat of the music is endlessly satisfying.
After Christmas I'm thinking about picking up quite a few more VR titles with the likes of Rez, Statik and The Persistence high up on my list

@carlos82 Yeah, great level! I liked the Japan themed one as well. All the water levels and the ''mine cart'' level also stand out to me. I haven't done the challenge stages yet, but I'll likely return at some point and finish those. Get the last couple of collectibles for the main ship as well.
Right now I've just bought Wipeout, and I already got a copy of RIGS (not to mention VR Worlds which came with the PSVR). I'm also working my way through Thronebreaker, so I'll have to see how much time I have to play VR, but now until the first week of January will be incredibly busy for me, so I doubt I'll have time to play any games at all.
Anyway, if it wasn't for God of War, Astro Bot would've been my favourite game this year. I hope we're getting a sequel on PSVR, or something similar from Team Asobi. I would love to see what else they can do.
@Rudy_Manchego There was another PSVR sale, every store had its PSVR games priced at €10. That's how I got my other PSVR games last year; Astro Bot and RIGS for €10 each.
Just ordered the PSVR Astro Bot/Moss bundle. Walmart had it marked down on their website, so even after springing for an extended warranty it was just about $290 in total. Since Walmart has free 2 day shipping it should be here before the end of the week!
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)
Just bought gunjack and headmaster. I've played headmaster already so know how good it is. Gunjack is an unknown quantity but for £2 in the sale it was worth a punt.
Setting up the psvr tomorrow me thinks.

@themcnoisy Headmaster is great fun. I haven't tried Gunjack, let me know if it's any good and I may pick it up. I recently picked up Table of Tales: Crooked Crown which is a turn based strategy game in VR which is heavily story focused, it's a lot of fun and I highly recommend it.
Just brought a Move controller twin pack for £69.99, all I need to do now is wait for the Days of Play promotion for the headset and my journey in VR will begin!
Father's day you beauty. Got the twin pack ps move controllers.
Also got a copy of DMC - left field present seems as though I have 1x trophy on the newer game but nobody tell my wife that! I also got another copy of Virtua Tennis 4 on Vita.
Anyone have any great games to use the move controllers with?

@themcnoisy Superhot VR. You are stationery so motion sickness is to a minimum but you do need to contort your body. But the sensation of punching someone and then grabbing the gun out of the air is awesome.
Now I may be an idiot, but there's one thing I am not sir, and that sir, is an idiot
