It looks like the game will only include the complete single player campaign. The multiplayer version will be the same as the Free to Play version that is available now. A mod confirmed this while answering the question in the comments section of the blog:

+ Morgan Haro on June 7th, 2013 at 8:31 am said: That is correct; the single player campaign is free for PS Plus members. The download comes with the Free to Play Mulitplater. if you like what you play of the UC3 Multiplayer, it's a small cost to get the complete package there. Unless of course, you have a UC3 disc.
Does that mean that people who get it on PS+ can't Platinum the game then without buying some of the multiplayer stuff that was on the disc version? If so that seems incredibly stupid.
"Oh smeg. What the smegging smegs he smegging done? He's smegging killed me."
@irken004 I have the standard version, only wanted to warn some new players about it. =3
@rastamadeus Well nop, there's only 1 trophy that you'll require to win a Co-Op multiplayer mission that aren't available in free unless you pay a fee. No free platinum for PS+ users :/
meh, i was only looking forward to replaying the singleplayer anyways......dat golden city......ah so beautiful. That sight when walking into Ubar for the first time...........just amazing!
