trying to gameshare the dlc on cod, but getting error wc-40360-3 sorry cant purchase this download at this time
i deactivated my account as primary logged out activated his as primary. the dlc shows with the download button but can't download?

does he have to deactivate on his ps4 and log into my account also?

Sorry but this sort of thing is against Sony's TOSE and therefore it's not allowed to be discussed here. You would need to ask somewhere else I am afraid.
