There's hints at a release of the PlayStation 1 game Vib-Ribbon on PS4

It would be nice but I wont hold my breath. Luckily for me I still own much of PS one library, well the games I really liked anyway so if I want to play say Legend of Dragoon I can just pop it into my PS2.

I do hope they implement local emulation for psone and ps2 titles there's no reason they would need to resort to streaming for those....

I'm confident we'll get PSone emulation on PS4 eventually. It seems like a quite simple thing to do, and is essentially easy money for Sony.

I'd like to see that too since PS4 is one of the only two mainline systems with no Namco arcade games playable on them.
