Destiny, TLOU, New n Tasty, Rogue Legacy and I also picked up the Sony headset. Great headphones and the companion app allows for alot of customization.
I just bought a PS4, along with The Last Of Us, Wolfenstein and Infamous Second Son. I chose to go with Sony this generation, for the first time. I loved my Xbox and My 360, but the Playstation 4 is clearly a better machine than the Xbox One in my opinion. I also have a Wii U, having not missed a Nintendo console since the 64. Nintendo always has great games, especially for playing with my college friends (back in the day) and now my kids.
Anyway, I got the PS4 two days ago. I set it up, and then was momentarily confused about where the discs go. I was still expecting a tray. The fact that it took me a few minutes to figure out where to put them made me feel like the 40 year old I am this year. Once I solved that Dilemma, I settled in to try out the games. So far, so good. Wolfenstein feels like a solid old school shooter, and I am enjoying how smooth the gameplay is. Infamous looks and plays really well, but I am concerned that I am already at 18% completion after just a couple of hours. The Last of Us is emotionally gut wrenching. The first chapter was hard to get through, since I have two daughters. The games all look great, and play well.
I really like the feel of the dualshock 4 controller. It takes some getting used to, coming from the 360 controller, my left thumb is always going to the wrong place for the analog stick. I am also always hitting the wrong button when it says to push the x button. I'll get used to it, though. The PS4 interface feels slick and friendly. It's easier to navigate for me than the 360's. I've only spent a few hours with it so far, given my family and work, but I already feel like I made the right choice.
I guess this is my introduction to the community. I just became a Playstation gamer. It feels weird saying that after all these years living on the Microsoft side of things.
Welcome to the Playstation side of things! I've always thought of myself as a Nintendo guy until last generation. I actually started out with the 360, but before it was all said and done, I ended up with a PS3. I contemplated going with the XBox One this generation, but I got the PS4 and haven't looked back. I have a PS2, PS3, and PS4, so I guess I'm a Sony guy now. LOL.
You'll definitely enjoy your PS4 though, and this is a good community to be a part of! I'm going to get Infamous: Second Son eventually, but I'll probably wait until the price drops a little. I've heard great things about it, and it looks amazing!
@Batty5: Welcome to the world of Playstation. I totally know what you mean about the misplacement of fingers to buttons. Having own a PS, PS2 and then going with the Xbox 360 last gen, well I still have those problems when I handle the Xbox controller. Lol. Which is one reason I prefer Playstation. Less to mix up us oldtimers.

@batty5 Infamous is too short, but it's a good game so what can you do? Play it again with different karma and raise the difficulty. That's what I did.

Yep.
I just bought worms and wolfenstein, both pretty decent and obviously plenty of fun.

I played Wolfenstein through on the hardest difficulty 1st time round. I heard that was the best way to play it, and I have to say I had a great time.
Like everybody else has already said, welcome to the PS side of the gaming world and welcome to PushSquare. Glad to hear you're enjoying the console so far. inFamous: Second Son has only 16 main missions and really is too short but that's also the worst thing I can say about the game. When that's the main complaint, that's usually not a bad thing. I just wish it was longer because I enjoyed the story and the characters a lot. Some more variety in the side missions would've been cool too but the gameplay is so fun I was able to look past that. If you enjoy the game enough, there will be more to look forward to in a few weeks when inFamous: First Light is released on PSN.
I bought Transistor and Octodad in the summer sale. Now I just need a PS4 to play them on.
Game paperweights waiting for a console, its usually the other way round.

So I bought steamworld dig on the PS vita... It didn't appear to be cross buy with PS4 but apparently it is and is now on both systems. Even though it's cross buy... the vita version... is 40p cheaper... utterly ridiculous.
I bought Crimsonland for PS4 a few weeks ago, and I've been enjoying it. Today the Vita version is out, and since it's cross-buy, so I just downloaded it and I'll be playing it tonight.
