We got some clashing of personalities going on right now and it's embarrassing to be honest! I know I can be a pain but I try not to take it too far. People just need to show a bit more flex with one another. Kyle out.

So, apologies if I come across as melodramatic.

I thought about taking a break from posting and commenting on the site. I'm not quitting the site altogether (I need my gaming news, after all!), just posting and comments.

Reason being? Put simply, I've just been bitter and bummed out for some time now. Lost two jobs, don't have a lot of money, can't get any proper sleep, and I've had a hard time getting hyped for games recently due to said lack of money. I've had a lot of stress, and I don't want any negativity to bleed into my comments and posts here. I'm a positive guy, and I try to keep it that way even online, but I guess I'm just worn out right now, and I think a small sabbatical was a better option compared to eventually snapping on someone who did nothing to deserve it and give the site unnecessary drama.

There's no timetable or anything. I'll just resume posting when things get a little better. For now though, I'm beat.

So yeah, there you go. I figured I should at least leave a note this time instead of disappearing like I did in summer '16 (Which is because my bill wasn't paid, but still, not a polite exit). Catch ya later.

@DerMeister Don't blame you, nothing wrong with checking your habits from time to time and making sure they are healthy. A breaks always good, I could really use a break from the internet myself. Mix stuff up and see you back here soon man.

And make sure you do exercise, its the only thing that works lol.

Hey everyone, just wanted to say thanks for all the well wishes. If anyone doubts how good our community is, I'm linking them to this thread. Everyone here rocks!

So I wont be posting for the near future. Im off on Holiday in a few weeks and due to business doing amazingly well these days need to workright through. As mentioned in another thread I have also enrolled on a programming course which starts straight after I get back from Salou. That will be tough and I have to knuckle down having zero natural flair in that, but its something I need to do.

With all this going on, a big family and being the main carer for a mum with Alzheimers Im struggling to post anything cohesive without coming across as a jerk as Ive noticed in my latter posts. Tbh I havent played enough of the most recent games or games as a service to form a fair opinion.

2018 has been a bit of a pants year for games I want so far (apart from kiwami 2) and the big highlights from my adventure onto the Vita and PS4 seem to be behind me. The games that are the most popular just do not appeal, and I think thats more to do with my current lack of game time than the games themselves.

Ive had a huge amount of fun watching the forums evolve into a hive of likeminded gamers overwatched by the grandmaster @Tasuki thank you for your full support in the forums.

Reading all of the articles by the best writer in the business @get2sammyb people who work for Sammy who are actually fantastic people in their own right like @quintumply @anchorsam_9 @simon_fitzgerald @alexstinton @johncalmc and of course the RPG maestro @ShogunRok have made this my goto site for everything Playstation.

The amazing community with the likes of @DerMeister @Jaz007 @Splat @adf86 @Bad-MuthaAdebisi and @Gamer83 who were here way before me and made me feel welcome and valued.
