@iDangerMouse_: i might have guessed you'd give Liverpool zero credit. When we put 4 past Dortmund its because "we are the jammiest team ever" When we put 4 past Everton it's because "They've fell off the ladder".... What ladder ?Everton haven't won a trophy since 1995!
I suppose Liverpool bouncing Manutd out of the UEFA cup with comparative ease was purely down to fortune too?
Liverpool are a rapidily improving team and klopp has made zero signings.
He's turning some of the most talented players in Barkley and stones into poor players. Mirallas what's happened to him? He was a world beater 3 years ago. Coleman? One of the best right backs I've ever seen, now garbage.
Martinez has to go he's lost the changing room.

@themcnoisy: i'm sorry man but stones cant defend to save his life. David luiz is good on the ball too, but like stones he cant defend. Origi exposed stones tonight. I'd have snapped chelski's hand off when they offered 40million. The lad is average. Great feet, but crap error prone defender .
@Bazza78: He's not even mentioned Liverpool? Everton have fallen off the last few years, the were banging on the door for a champions league spot not that long ago and have been challenging for a Europa spot recently too. But certainly in the past couple of seasons they've declined despite having a strong team on paper. Yes Liverpool played well and hammered Everton, it's also true that Everton were terrible and have been poor all year. It's possible to talk about both issues here you know
Martinez did his usual job with the Everton result last night. Sack Martinez today let Moyes take over until the end of the season then he can take the Celtic job. Atleast with Moyes in charge he could motivate the players which they clearly are not under Martinez. Sacking Martinez now is not a risk because he has poisend the side already.
@themcnoisy I feel for you after yesterday's match, it's unacceptable what Everton did. Not only has Martinez gone off the deep end, but he took off Barkley and Stones and basically rolled over. I understand that Everton have a really important semi-final tomorrow, but it still felt weird since it was a derby day - a surprisingly dirty one, too, for the "Friendly Derby". I hope stuff gets sorted out at the club soon, because you've got some really promising good players, and Martinez is ruining them.
Good match otherwise, but the Origi injury dampened it a little. It seems to be a curse that everytime we get a good young striker, he gets injured, but luckily it's only a sprained ankle, plus Sturridge has found his confidence again. Milner is in excellent form too, and a shout for our best player of the season - considering we got him for free, he was a steal!
I see ex sheff utd player ched evans has had his rape conviction quashed! For retrial. If he was innocent , you have to feel for the guy, his young football career was wrecked, his reputation destroyed and he spent years in jail.
Can't argue with the spurs/leicester mix, though the GK is debatable. Spurs have the best defence in the prem hands down so i'd probably go with Lloris aswell.
@Kyroki: That's a pretty good team. I can see why you'd think Lloris considering Spurs have one of the best defences this season, but De Gea has kept United in so many games this season, and it's possible that they would be further down in the table were it not for him. Both Aguero and Sanchez were unlucky to not get in in my opinion, but I'll put that down to Spurs and Leicester being absolute quality this season.
Who does everyone think will win the PFA Player of the Season Awards? The nominees are:
PFA Player of the Year: Payet, Kane, Vardy, Ozil, Kante, Mahrez
PFA Young Player of the Year: Alli, Kane, Butland, Coutinho, Lukaku, Barkley
Player of the Year is a very tough category - Kane, Vardy, and Mahrez could all win. Young Player of the Year is easier - I can only see Kane or Alli winning, since Coutinho is nowhere near consistent enough yet. He's been in a great form this season though
@get2sammyb: He will go, probably by the end of the season.
The fans have all turned.

@Anchorsam_9: personally i would choose Leicesters kante from that list, he's been the most influential player in the League this season imo. He woul also get my PFA player of the year . Astounding work rate.
Thanks to Funes mori, Divock Origi is out for the rest of the season , scan confirmed ligament damage. Liverpool will struggle to win uefa league now. We only have 1 striker. And no plan B from bench
Reasons Martinez should go now. Martinez see one game and everyone else sees another he is not honest when he talks to the press. He made Baines apologise when all he did was speak his mind. Under Moyes the team played better with less quality. Now we play worse football with a better collection of players. Baines and Coleman are not as effective under Martinez leadership. Barkley and Stones have not developed enough under the manager. They lack concentration as a team and concede a lot of late goals.
He does not do enough work on the defence and refuses to see out a game when we are in the lead. Never learns from past mistakes last season with Dinamo Kiev and this season with Man City. Cannot not organise his defence to deal with crosses. Goodison Park used to be aplace where teams did not like to come and play now they know they will come away with atleast a point probably three. Our home form is the worst it has been in 138 years.
Marrtinez is a failure in the transfer market Kone and Alcarez were not up to the job. He did not drop Howard soon enough when it was clear he was not performing at his best. The in January he signs Niasse for 13.5 million. Plays him for 33 minutes then tells the press he is not fit enough for 90 minutes and will probably not play again this season.
Contraversial as it would be I would like to see Benitez be the next manager he has a proven history and can organise a team. He will be available if Newcastle go down because of his break clause. The matter o ff Everton fans could accept a former Liverpool manager would probably be too much which is a shame. Whatever manager is chosedn I would like to see one with a proven history and experience.
@Anchorsam_9: Kante player of the year and Alli for young player of the year. Mahrez and vardy arguably wouldnt have been allowed their freedom if not for kante. The reason for Alli is that he's shown a level that looks consistent. Kane only plays well when Dembele is on the pitch.
