I'm pacing the floor waiting ugh. Thanks for the hard work putting this together gentlemen.
I've just started playing. I thought we could skip Nibelheim if we did the demo?
@Matroska Yeah, for some reason the game won't recognize any of my save data from the demo or INTERmission either, maybe they'll fix it in a patch?
Update: the game doesn't actually let you go skip immediately until the first fight I believe, then a prompt appears after to skip the beginning. So weird.
Do you have a guide on how remove the terrible visual quality?
@KundaliniRising333 Yes, it's called playing the original.
Guys quick question, i assume this game pretty much assumes that you've played the first part of the remake and shouldn't be played stand alone right? I still have yet to finish the first part. I still wish they hadn't split it into multiple releases. I mean on PS1 i get that it was spread across 3 discs but these are modern times with games that are over 100 gigs. They couldn't get the whole FFVII on one disc?
@Truegamer79 just finish the first part then if you want to. I assure you Rebirth isn't going anywhere.
@Truegamer79 Games get bigger over time. This isn't even that bad compared to the earlier days of gaming. FFVII was 1.3gb but the original FF was 144kb. That means the original VII was 1,363,148 times larger than the first FF. In that context, if this new trilogy ends up being, say, 400gb in total, that'll be roughly 300 times larger which is nowhere near as bad as being 1.3 million times larger. 😄
@Matroska You can, you just need to progress a little farther and it will tell you when. It's just the reactor part.
@KundaliniRising333 I just got out to the open world part of the game and it likes really good on my OLED C1 in graphics mode.
@Truegamer79 finish Remake. Part 3 is a long ways off. You’ve got time.
@Doctor_BK
Yeah I'll do that soon. I kinda had to put my gaming on hold around the time of it's release do to some unfortunate events in my life. Mainly the sudden loss of my father but I've finally got the time now.
@Doctor_BK
Sorry about your Loss.
