Hogwarts Legacy: Poached Egg Walkthrough

Poached Egg is a Side Quest in Hogwarts Legacy, and is a Relationship Quest for Poppy Sweeting. It is unlocked after completing A Dragon Debrief. In this Hogwarts Legacy guide, we're going to reveal our Poached Egg Walkthrough.

Poached Egg: Walkthrough

Meet Poppy in Hogsmeade in the golden circle indicator, and you'll be automatically transported to the sight of a large dragon. Follow the objective marker up the path to discover a dragon above you. Continue along, defeat the two wolves, then use Reparo on the broken bridge up the wooden stairs. You'll eventually reach the ruins of a castle.

Here, the dragon will appear and start breathing fire at you. Use the bits of broken walls nearby to create a path through the courtyard in between its attacks.

Having reached the other side, you'll need to repeat the process of hiding behind the pieces of wall and running forward when the opportunity presents itself twice over. Eventually, you'll reach a cave leading to its nest; simply cast Reparo again on the broken bridge to reach it. Put the egg in the nest and the Side Quest will be complete after talking to Poppy following the cutscene.

• Talk to Poppy in Hogsmeade town circle
• Find the Dragon's nest
• Get past the dragon and closer to her nest
• Place the egg in its nest
