Walkthrough
This Prowler Stash is located in the north of Downtown Brooklyn. Here's a visual aid if you need help finding it:
When you get there, Scan the entrance on the bottom level of the building, and then Pull the pipe to open it. You must then Scan the next door, then Pull it open from on top of the advertising board. This gives you access to the Prowler Stash.
