Spider-Spy? is the 14th Mission in the Main Story of Marvel's Spider-Man 2, and picks up the morning after Peter and Harry run experiments at the Emily-May Foundation in Science Buddy. Walkthrough
After a long night of experiments in Science Buddy, co-protagonist Peter leaves the Emily-May Foundation and picks up a signal from a Spider-Bot nearby. Miles and Ganke say he should check it out; it's southeast of his starting position. Interact with the Spider-Bot on top of the building to unlock Spider-Bots as a Collectible type out in the open world, and this completes the Mission.
