Is PSVR2 wireless? Sony's original PSVR headset came with a ridiculous number of cables and cords, so it's no surprise many are wondering if PSVR2 can be played without wires. As part of our PSVR2 guide, we're going to reveal whether PSVR2 is wireless.

PSVR2 is not wireless, but unlike the original PSVR headset, you'll only need to connect one USB Type-C cord to the front of your PS5 console. This cable is around four metres in length, and is extends from the back of the headband on the headset. Click the link for more information on whether you can extend the cable.

You won't need any other cables, cameras, or items to play PSVR2, apart from the included PSVR2 Sense Controllers. Once you've connected your headset to your console and turned it on, you'll be able to play any supported games in virtual reality.
