Just after you meet Maria for the first time, you'll cross through West South Vale via Jacks Inn . After unlocking the Gate inside, the Baldwin Mansion will be opposite. On the table to the right of its front door will be the White Chrism . Pick it up and you'll be halfway there, with the Obsidian Goblet and Lost Memories Book left to get.
