Where are all the B-12 Memories in Stray? In Stray, one of the main collectibles hidden throughout the game is B-12 Memories. These aren't just good for earning the I Remember! Trophy, they also unveil some interesting story and lore, so they're definitely worth finding. You also get an in-game reward for finding them all. As part of our Stray guide, we're going to list all B-12 Memories and show you where to find them.
Stray: All B-12 Memories Locations
Below are the locations for every B-12 Memory in Stray. There are 27 in total, spread throughout each chapter. Any chapters not listed do not contain B-12 Memories.
Memories are indicated by glowing blue squares surrounding the object.
The Flat
Here are all the B-12 Memories in the chapter The Flat. There is 1 to collect.
Memory #1
The first Memory is found after retrieving B-12. You will come to a mural on a wall of a holiday scene, where B-12 will scan a postcard. The Memory is unmissable, so don't worry about this one.
The Slums and The Slums Part 2
Here are all the B-12 Memories in the chapter The Slums. There are 7 to collect. These can also be found in the later chapter, The Slums Part 2.
Memory #2
From Guardian, turn around and head towards the bar, with the neon sign above the door. Climb onto the roof using the vending machine and vents. Over to the left, you can jump to the next building. Do this, then climb up to the higher section, and scan the robot body for this Memory.
Memory #3
To the right of Guardian is a merchant. One of the items he has costs 3 Energy Drink Cans. There are three vending machines in The Slums that will each dispense one Energy Drink Can. Above pictured are all three vending machines. The first is to the left of Guardian, opposite Morusque. The second is in a back alley next to the location of Memory #6. The final vending machine is on a rooftop just past the napping robot.
With all three Energy Drink Cans, return to the merchant and he will reveal this Memory.
Memory #4
From Guardian, turn around and go down the steps. Go into the bar, just ahead with a bright red neon sign above the door. Head up the left-hand stairs, and this Memory is on a small table ahead.
Memory #5
From Guardian, turn around and go down the steps. To the right is a Super Spirit sign, with a dumpster to its left. Use this to jump up to the roof. You'll find two robots throwing paint cans to each other. Get across to the higher robot and climb up to a balcony where you can jump through a small window. This is Momo's place. Just behind Momo is a small back room with this Memory inside.
Memory #6
After meeting Guardian, retrace your steps back where you came from at the start of the chapter. Start walking back towards Guardian and you'll spot some steps on the left. Head up there and then scan the graffiti on the left-hand wall for this Memory.
Memory #7
From Guardian, head down to the left where Morusque is. To the left of Morusque is a small area with a couple of dumpsters, lit in red. Jump to a dumpster, then up the units, onto the awning, and up to a ledge. Scan the artwork for this Memory.
Memory #8
From Guardian, turn back and go past the bar on the left. Follow the alley until you come to a door that reads "Elliot Programming". Scratch at it and a robot will open the door. Head up the stairs, then this Memory can be found on the left.
Rooftops
Here are all the B-12 Memories in the chapter Rooftops. There are 3 to collect.
Memory #9
This Memory is very hard to miss. After dealing with two groups of Zurks, you will reach a large pipe. There's only one path up, so jump up to the next rooftop and this Memory is dead ahead.
Memory #10
Once you enter the skyscraper that's infested with the red bacteria, you'll reach a point where there are some Zurks trapped in a fenced off section. Before you interact with that, go to the far end of this section and this Memory is on a ruined Neco Corp sign.
Memory #11
You will get this Memory automatically once you clear this chapter by plugging in the transceiver to the antenna.
Dead End
Here are all the B-12 Memories in the chapter Dead End. There are 3 to collect.
Memory #12
From where you first see the chapter splash screen, turn back around and this Memory is against the metal door.
Memory #13
After the first chase sequence, climb up the pipes and continue until you see the above location. Instead of heading up to the left, continue straight to find a gap in the fence. Walk through and you'll find this Memory to the right.
Memory #14
This Memory can be found right after you meet Doc, in their house. Once you've spoken with them, jump down to the floor and walk to the right to find the memory on a mannequin.
The Sewers
Here are all the B-12 Memories in the chapter The Sewers. There are 2 to collect.
Memory #15
After Momo opens the big door for you, continue along the main path. You'll see Zurks in sacs on both walls. Just past these is a path to the left, with more Zurks. Clear them out and behind them is a vent you can walk through. On the other side, hop onto the railing for this Memory.
Memory #16
After getting through the first section with all the eyes, you'll clamber along some pipes to get to the next section. Once you reach the above pictured pipe with the dent in it, turn around and there will be a smaller pipe against the wall you can jump to. Follow this pipe and climb the obstacles up through a pipe to a small room, where this well hidden Memory is.
Antvillage
Here are all the B-12 Memories in the chapter Antvillage. There are 2 to collect.
Memory #17
This Memory is given to you automatically right at the start of this chapter, as part of the story.
Memory #18
From the start of the chapter, go up the first ladder and walk past the robots playing Mahjong and the tree on the left. Just around the next corner is this Memory, on the wall. You won't be able to collect this until you climb higher up the tower and meet Zbaltazar.
Midtown
Here are all the B-12 Memories in the chapter Midtown. There are 7 to collect.
Memory #19
This is another Memory that you get naturally as part of the story, right as the chapter starts.
Memory #20
Go up the stairs after the subway train and through the gap in the fence. Once on the other side, head to the right to find this Memory at some bookshelves.
Memory #21
Find the alley in which a robot is sweeping. On the side with the light blue neon sign, use the dumpster to get up on the awning, then turn around and jump up the fans to reach a small rooftop. Here you'll find this Memory among some pillows.
Memory #22
From the big hologram in the town centre, you can find an open window opposite the robot snoozing on a sofa. Go inside — it's a barbershop. Jump on the sofa and look up — there's a narrow ledge you can jump to. Up there you'll find this Memory.
Memory #23
From the big hologram in the town centre, you can see a small cafe with a yellow sign above the door. Go inside and hop onto the counter, then the divider. From there you can jump into the ceiling cavity, where this Memory hides.
Memory #24
This Memory is inside a security station right next to the big hologram. Before you can get inside, you must first infiltrate the factory. See our Midtown walkthrough for more details.
Once this is done, head back to the security station, which is now empty and the door is open. Go inside and the Memory is on the back wall.
Memory #25
Inside the nightclub, go behind the bar and into the dumbwaiter. After it descends, hop out to find this Memory on a small table.
Jail
Here are all the B-12 Memories in the chapter Jail. There is 1 to collect.
Memory #26
After you have rescued B-12 in this chapter, you will reach a point where you need to coax a drone into a cell. Through the next door, this Memory is easily found on the right. For more information, see our Jail walkthrough.
Control Room
Here are all the B-12 Memories in the chapter Control Room. There is 1 to collect.
Memory #27
This Memory unlocks automatically when you reach the control room itself.
