Few game announcements give our tummies a little flutter quite like a new Ratchet & Clank game does. But that's exactly what happened when our inbox bulged with a formal announcement of Ratchet & Clank: A Crack In Time.

Ahh, after the slightly disappointing "Tools Of Destruction" title (we mean the actual words in the title, not the game - Ed.) Insomniac are back to top form with their devious puns. The game will run on the same engine as Tools Of Destruction and Quest For Booty so expect almost CGI graphics. It'll also answer some big plot questions, such as the truth behind the duo's origins.
