PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale’s latest patch has passed the weigh-in and is fit to fight. If you boot up either the PlayStation 3 or Vita version of the mascot mash-up right now, you’ll be prompted to download the meaty update ahead of the title’s impending DLC deployment. As previously detailed, new challengers Zeus and Isaac Clarke are set to join the fray in North America later today.
In addition to the new characters, the patch also adds support for the title’s latest stage – an intriguing amalgamation of MediEvil and The Unfinished Swan – and paves the way for some serious balance tweaks. The update will take up approximately 855MB of space on the Vita, and a further 1123MB on the PlayStation 3. Remember, you’ll get the content for free if you purchase God of War: Ascension. Otherwise, the characters will cost you $4.99 each and the stage will set you back $1.99.
