With the dust now settled on Sony’s expected Project Morpheus announcement, developers are beginning to reveal their plans to support the PlayStation 4 peripheral. One such talented programmer is Carlos Coronado, who has hinted that he intends to leverage the virtual reality headset in his upcoming first-person puzzler Mind: Path to Thalamus.
The title sees you exploring strange lands in which you must manipulate various attributes in order to progress. For example, you’ll be able to change the time of day, weather, and even era to progress, with the isolated atmosphere providing you with plenty of time to think. It genuinely looks stunning, as evidenced by the trailer embedded below.
Chatting with the folks over at VR Focus, Coronado revealed that he sees the release as a perfect fit for the likes of Project Morpheus as the title doesn't require exact movements or twitchy reactions. However, it doesn’t sound like the developer’s had chance to test things out properly yet, so this remains little more than an intention at this stage. Let’s hope that it comes to fruition, eh?

Oh my stars, this looks pretty. I'm really digging that Enya-esque soundtrack, too.
A reason to get back into puzzlers. This is the future of puzzle games. Yeah soundtrack was OK, I thought at one point it was going to turn into some awful pop boyband track.
Wow. What an incredible trailer!
Indies seem to be the only way to go this gen, so far.
@3rdEyeMind Aye, the indie devs seem to be pushing out some beautiful stuff so far this generation.
This looks quite impressive and would be quite the immersive experience in VR
Whatever happened to the witness?
