More tea, Vicar Amelia? Bloodborne's long haired she-devil requires a similar strategy to the Cleric Beast to defeat, and is perhaps one of the easier enemies in the game thus far. Many of her attacks are doled out from the front, so our top tip is to get in amongst her straggly mane and give her a good swipe on the bottom. Preferably until she dies.

Your best bet is to stay close to her rump. Create a gap and she'll issue some devastating shockwave attacks; stand directly in front of her and she'll snatch you up and eat you for breakfast. Stay off to the side, dodge to get to her rear, and hit her where it hurts. Remember to take regular stamina breaks, and glug back on a Blood Vial if you need it.
One thing that you do need to be aware of is that she'll turn around on occasion, so even if it feels like you're in a good position, don't get complacent and let her get the upper-hand. Stay close but never face her head-on, and keep working to find that advantage at her six. Be patient, and this battle should be yours in no time.

I used the fire paper on my weapon for extra damage, it helped a lot!
@Melucine Ace tip, thanks for sharing. What type of character build do you have?
@get2sammyb Also worth noting getting the holy greatsword is a smart choice, and don't forget to upgrade... I'm using that and the gun spear.. Also, by this time you can buy fire paper! And Molotovs for your approach, just to get a bit of health down before you're close..
@get2sammyb I started with Lone Survivor and putted my points on strength mainly and a bit of vitality, with 2 at skill so I can use Ludwig's Sword.
At level 60 now I have 27 vitality and 46 strength.
can someone tell me if i am doing this right ? i am at level 35 these are my stats
vit = 21
def = 18
strenght = 18
skill = 9
5
and
14
do i need to level up more ? wich level do you reccomend ? tnx
@Arima000 for 35 that sounds about right. At this point in the game, arcane etc aren't really that useful. I'd recommend bumping up vitality, strength and endurance. That way you'll hit harder, faster. Upgrade your weapons as well. I'm level 39 now and have
v 20
e 19
str 20
sk 13
b 9
a 8.
What I really wanna know is how to get to Forbidden Forest.... I'm trying to do optional stuff first so it's not as hard because of nightfall after this fight.
@JesWood13 you mean the woods? There's a door in cathedral ward. You'll need to beat Vicar Amelia to get the password for it.
The good news is that the woods are great for echo farming. 20k echoes in two runs, and that's within a relatively small area.
@Johnnycide thanks ! finally i beated her, shes just like cleric beast, my tip is use poison knifes and molotovs
Love the many dairy air references and humor lol
