Those lucky sods over at IGN have got another video first for Mass Effect: Andromeda, this time taking us on a tour of the Nexus, which is essentially this game's version of the Citadel from the trilogy. It's got everything you'd expect: social areas, research labs, and a commercial district, but the twist here is that the Nexus develops as you play through the title.
We also get a quick look at Ryder's mothership, the Hyperion. It all looks rather homey, but we're seriously starting to worry about those facial animations. Skip to the 1:50 mark and you'll see what we mean. Yikes!
Freaky lip syncing aside, are you hyped for Andromeda? Tell us about your favourite [insert thing here] on the Citadel in the comments section below.

Yeah those animations. Some of that voice acting. I'm not hating, would just find it jarring when you're trying to immerse yourself. The Nexus seems smaller than the Citadel in 1 but that's probably hard to judge from just this.
"I'm commander Shepard and this looks like the worst mass effect game on the citadel"
That lipsync :'D Hopefully its a good game. Nice soundtrack in this video.
The human model looks cartooony to me,idk. .. texture I guess.
I like it! 10/10.
Now lets lock and load and kick some Alien butts or similar Alien bits if they don't have a bum.
Awesome! This better be good as I've skipped horizon for this....!
After playing the smooth, gorgeous looking Horizon, everything else looks pretty average.
Everything looks good except the human faces
After 3 ME games dubbed in italian this will have only subtitles for we moustached spaghetti eaters. I'll be busy reading ultra tiny text so I won't notice that bad lypsinc. 10/10
So is this just another rehashing of the series? Sounds a lot like ME1...
Dear goodness, its the force awakens all over again!!! D:
Watched a few of these videos over the last week or so explaining combat and whatnot and they've got me really hyped for this , it looks incredible.
