Following on from the success of the Mega Man Legacy Collection on the PlayStation 4, the Korean Ratings Board has outed Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 for Sony's new-gen system. According to the description of the title, the compilation will pick up where its predecessor left off, featuring Mega Man 7, Mega Man 8, Mega Man 9, and Mega Man 10.
Capcom's yet to officially confirm the set, but ratings boards simply don't classify titles that don't exist, so expect the publisher to put out a press release in the very near future. Are you up for more Mega Man? Please take your Nintendo Switch port begging to more appropriate venues.

I want megaman x 1-4 collection.
Megaman x-8 also command mission
why not just add it as DLC to the already released Legacy Collection?, should save time and money
still they should have been in the first collection anyway
I'm happy never finished megaman 7 played 9 and 10 to death but willing to demolish them 2 again (the 2 easyest games IMO) and never played 8 so I'm in...
... any megaman's fans worried about him leading the new marvel story? If it gets slated I feel it may be the last game with him in π’π’π’ plus they will never make a new megaman game about 3-4 games have been cancelled since 10 was released
I would be happy if this is true. I briefly played Mega Man 9 and 10 a few years ago, so I would welcome them on the PS4.
Wish they would've released all of them in one collection, though knowing Capcom that wasn't an option when they knew they could double down by splitting it up.
Mega Man X Remaster please

Dang, that's cold, Sammy.
Anyway, any chance I can get to play Classic Mega Man, I'll take.
"Please take your Nintendo Switch port begging to more appropriate venues" It's almost becoming a running joke about how port begging for Switch there is, it's getting as bad as the PS Blog Vita port begging at this stage.
9 and 10 are by far my two favorite entries in the series.
Seven and eight are incredible! I'll get it just for them! Nine and ten were just too brutal for me at this age. I don't have time to redo a level over and over and over trying to memorize patterns. I'm thirty four!
Great that means a new generation gets to endure Dr. Elmer Fudd Wright and the wonderful "slide, slide, jump, jump" bit in Mega Man 8.
Honestly I will pick this up for Mega Man 9 and 10 alone since I have never played them. I just hope they fix the lag issues that plagued the first collection.
@DerMeister It's because as of lately the comment section of articles have been getting derailed by people crying about Switch ports and such rather then about the article itself. Which then turns the whole section into a mess with people attacking one another. And I don't know about Sammy, bt quite frankly I am done with that.
Oh man, Mega Man 8 is terrible, but I have so much nostalgia for it.
Too bad they probably won't redub Dr. Light's voice so he doesn't sound like Elmer Fudd.

@KratosMD think it's more to do with greed rather than laziness to be honest
The only one there I'd really want to play is 7, so I probably won't be interested. Much rather have an x collection.
@ztpayne7 @GlynCR @megacarlos @wiiware Sadly I believe Capcom is trying to brush the X series under the rug and make people forget about it.
Even though re-releasing X1-8 and possibly Command Mission would make for an easy cash cow.
@GlynCR They had already done that on psp
It will be cool if capcom remake it in 2D 1080p/4k though.
And while at it maybe capcom should make megaman zero collection/remaster, I like the zero series story and the difficulty is great, hard but not impossible.
Also talking about the psp now I remember capcom made megaman powered up, I think it will be cool if capcom updated all the nes collection megaman game to megaman powered up engine, just up the resolutions to 1080p/4k.
Or capcom can make a new megaman collection 1-10 with powered up engine, I'll pay $60 for that.
