At around this point last year in the lead up to Sony's E3 2016 press conference, a number of trademarks were filed which turned out to be a couple of newly announced games from the PlayStation briefing that year. Death Stranding was one of those, and it appears the same thing has happened again.
Trademarks for the names The Inpatient, Bravo Team, and Frantics have been filed by Sony. But even more surprising is that the trademark for Shadow of the Colossus has been renewed, fuelling speculation Sony be about to announce a remake of the Team ICO classic.
Do you think these titles will appear at Sony's conference? Let us know in the comments below.

I heard this rumour a few days ago but there was no source so I didn't even really put much thought into it. But this is definitely not the first time I've heard the possibility of a Shadow of the Colossus remake being mooted.
I will freak out if this turns out to be real... It's like one of my favourite games ever made.
The only thing I didn't like about this game was the controls, so if this is true it'll be HUGE
@VotesForCows Well like I say, I'd heard this rumour BEFORE the trademark renewal... Obviously it doesn't mean much, but there's a bit of smoke now.
Yes please. I played through this again a couple of years ago but have another hankering. New gen version would be lovely thanks.
it would basically have to be remade from scratch from the ground up with all brand new assets. that said, i can't see the benefit to it.. it's not like the original or its PS3 remaster were massively successful - critically yes, commercially not so much.
sony often renews trademarks for old games/franchises - it renewed resistance for example a couple of years back. maybe there's a shadow of the colossus movie in the works.
bluepoint games are rumoured to be working on a remaster though..
I've yet to play it so I'd be all over this on PS4.
@leucocyte Well ICO was re-released when SOTC came out to cash in on the hype. Obviously the games a cult classic so they know fans of the original will buy it along with those wondering what all the fuss is about. And with the concept already in existence it's easy money.
Ffs, I just ordered a cheap PS3 and the HD remaster. Why oh why!!!

If it's true then Sony Won E3 for like all eternity with just 1 announcement
Yes please! I never finished the game when I originally played it many years ago.
I only played bits of the original, so I'd love for it to come to PS4, same with Ico.
One of my top 5 games of all time. EASILY.
I will buy this whether it's a remake, a sequel, or just an HD re-release on PS4.
I've beaten this game a few dozen times and still love it.
@KratosMD - the praise is absolutely earned and the game is revered the world over for very good reasons, chief amongst them is it's Colossi and the various techniques used to bring each down - way, way ahead of its time - Horizon was evidently inspired by it to a degree.
For me and thousands of others, it sits majestically as one of the finest solo gaming experiences of all time....the mysterious setup, the music, the gameplay - Majestic.
Think you're on your own there, fella - plus this game was released 2 Playstations ago, so bear that in mind.
