PS Plus' July 2018 Freebies Are Available to Download Now

PlayStation Plus’ free roster of July 2018 giveaways are available to download right now in Europe, with North America scheduled to join the party in the next few hours. For those of you in need of a refresher, the complimentary content includes Absolver and Heavy Rain on the PlayStation 4, with the full lineup detailed through here.

You’ve also still got time to download Call of Duty: Black Ops III, which is a bonus game available through 11th July, so make sure you add it to your Library if you haven’t already. Which of this month’s games will you be playing first? Let us know in the comments section below.

I still have Absolver installed. I might hop on during the weekend to see how it's holding up

I'm only looking forward to seeing how well Rayman 3 HD has held up and improved, I only played the original way back when. I still have both of my PS3s hooked up to tvs, they make really nice streaming devices and DVD/blu-ray players for how old their tech is. Sony got that part right.

Unable to download Heavy Rain as I have a Beyond 2 Souls installed.. um ok? Already tried and deleted Absolver unfortunately

For some reason PS3 Plus games are not showing as free and no Deception IV as mentioned.

@Mad - The ps3 stuff will be free once you reach the checkout page. As for Deception I'm pretty sure it's US only.

Played a few hours of Absolver and I like it a lot, still getting to grips with the combat but I love the world design, fun little game!

I'm really going to try and play heavy rain, can't usually get into games like this, but I'm going to really try.

I can't wait to play Heavy Rain again. Partly because I never finished my bid for the platinum last time, partly for all of the unintentional hilarity during the patently ridiculous yet po-faced drama.

@Shigurui Well that's a shame, was actually going to be the first time I got a Plus game for PS3. Oh well, back to PS4 we go. Thanks, will give Absolver a go at some point. Hopefully everyone's still playing it by then lol

To this day, I've never actually played a game I received for free on PS Plus. I always buy the games I want, and I don't have the time to put in to anything else. Still, it's a nice lineup.
