Control marks Remedy Entertainment's return to PlayStation, and fortunately, it's looking fairly promising. Playing as Jesse Faden, who assumes the top role at the Federal Bureau of Control, you'll use more than just a fancy transforming gun to fend off the mysterious alien power known as The Hiss.
In the above video from Game Informer, game director Mikael Kasurinen talks us through the supernatural powers that you'll have access to as you explore the Metroidvania style setting, The Oldest House. Based primarily on telekinesis, Jesse is able to launch objects at enemies, bring objects together to form a shield, evade attacks with a burst of speed, levitate in mid-air, and turn hostile NPCs into allies. As you can imagine, you'll be able to combine these abilities, along with the aforementioned Service Weapon, to effectively deal with the otherworldly threat.

Graphics/physics-wise it looks like Mass Effect 1.
Looks like a blast to me.
I'll play this game after it's released it reminds me a bit like INFamous, and Quantum Break (which I haven't played because I hate Microsoft platforms), but think it's a great game still.
Oh, I forgot they're not MS exclusive anymore. They used to be our national pride before all the smaller Finnish devs becoming huge. That said, it looks like it needs a lot of work still but could be fun.
