Earworm indie Bugsnax will get a blowout imminently, as media is set to go hands on with the audacious outing. Kinda Funny’s Greg Miller appears to be leading the charge, revealing on his Twitter account that he’ll be playing the title this week. It’s unclear whether he’ll be previewing the PlayStation 5 version, but with the release also due out on the PS4 and PC, it seems unlikely.
Unfortunately, we haven’t been hooked up with a copy here at Push Square, but we’re looking forward to the fresh round of media that will surely accompany this blowout. Are you eager to learn more about the outing? Feast on hot dog fingers in the comments section below.

What were the Developers on when they came up with the idea of Bugsnax?
They'll literally be talkin' bout BUGSNAX XD
@HotGoomba The good stuff.
This is legitimately the only game persuading me to get a PS5. Just want to see those crisp Bugsnax.
Fasten your seat belts, next gen is coming 🤯🤯🤯
@HotGoomba Probably actual bugsnax.
I have to admit, after seeing the gameplay I'm actually interested in seeing what this turns out to be like. If reviews say it's fun I'd be happy to give it a try. Now if only we could get a Kena blowout..
I can't quite see why so many people seem to object to this game or thing it's a ridiculous thing to have on the platform? I'm not likely to buy it day 1, but I'm sure interested in anything a bit different.
i'm interested. i'm planning on getting the game - it looks like good, crazy fun.
So how many 🐛 bugs do expect this game have?
Genuinely excited for Bugsnax. Looking forward to seeing some previews!
Day one purchase.
If it's coming to PC in 2021, I might give it a try.
Am I the only one that thinks the hype surrounding this title feels artificial. Like some silly influencer started tweeting about it and everyone jumped on the bandwagon?
Call me a jaded old fool but I thought that something like Kena looked significantly more interesting than this.
@Athrum You're right about Kena, I'm looking forward to hearing more about that one more than any other recently announced game. And I'd have to agree with you about the hype for Bugsnax feeling a bit artificial. Personally, I'm interested in it but I wouldn't call it hype. There's just something about it that makes me feel like there's more than meets the eye. It started with the hand drawn map in the trailer. But maybe I'm looking too much into it.
This makes since Greg’s wife works for the marketing team for Bugsnax so I would assume he would get first dibs.
my son made me buy octodad and judging studio by their previous output my expectations are at reasonable 0
Fine!
Puts on the Kero Kero Bonito playlist
KnackSnax, the awesome collaboration of Knack and Bugsnax combined. The equivalent of crossing the streams in Ghostbusters, white goo will be everywhere when it happens!
