The absolute best thing about the indie development scene is its unfettered creativity. And a game like We Are OFK, about the formation of an indiepop band, is the kind of experience that could only exist in the space. Coming to PlayStation 5 and PS4, this playable biopic will essentially see you play through a fly-on-the-wall campaign across five episodes, with each instalment ending in a playable interactive music video.
Sounds brilliant, eh? It’s due out in 2022, alongside a real-life EP from the titular band. The trailer and PS Blog post are both pretty creative, so deserve to be viewed. We’ll definitely be putting this one on our radar.

That I’ve always wanted to play?
I beg to differ, my friend. I beg to differ.
This game looks atrocious.
Having to sit through that trailer was absolute torture.
I’m not sure how long it went on for but it felt like a lifetime.
I legit would rather play every trash live service in existence before touching this utter garbage.
That's 5 months worth of PS plus games up Sony's sleeve
Look, I know it is your guys job to be somewhat exited for new games but come on! This sounds like a marketing idea by people who have never played a video game before. The idea of a "interactive music video" belongs on the sega cd. Someone should have said to the developers "maybe you can make games for those interactive DVDs for five year olds instead"
I kinda want to play it now because the people outraged by its existence are the absolute worst.
@nessisonett It is pretty funny watching the 'everyone is a triggered snowflake' crowd absolutely losing it over a little indie game in the YT comments. TBH, it was one of the more interesting games there, if only because everything else looked dull to me
@Thulsa Who knows how good/bad it'll be. But I really hoped we'd moved on from 'xyz isn't a video game' in current year. If it's an interactive game, on a screen, it's a video game.
I don't know who this band is but please stick to music next time. I know the jokes were suppose to be bad and yet they still hurt to hear. 😂
This.
This is the game I was meant to play. The game I was born to play. A game so utterly stupendous and magnificent in its presentation and gameplay that one might say experiencing it leads to a spiritual awakening.
I wasn't sure they could top Youtuber's Life 2 for best game of all time... but they did it. Somehow they did it.
@UnlimitedSevens Calling it now, GOTY 2022 for sure.
@KidBoruto
I don't want to be dramatic, but... God have mercy on anyone's soul that plays this game. They will never be the same again and will have ascended to a higher plane of existence.
Hopefully sony smarten's up and takes this off the psn store and doesn't put this in people face this entire thing was disgusting.
Kill it with fire. Erase any mention of it from the annals of history. Give everyone involved new identities. Bury every piece of equipment used to create this.... Thing. Salt the earth above it.
This is the worst trailer I have ever seen for a game.
@Fyz306903 the BLTM t shirt was the only thing I agreed with in the whole trailer. The rest of it must be killed.
This was such a cringeworthy trailer. The jokes weren't even funny and just trying too hard. The game may end up just fine (not that I'm gonna play it anyway) but yeah, that trailer is just unbearable to watch.
Wtf is this game, why the heck I want to play this. I don't like everything that's in this trailer. Burn it with fire.
