It looks like we'll have a slightly longer wait before we can play the indie hit, Norco. Publisher Raw Fury has just announced the point n' click adventure game's release on consoles has been delayed.
The reason for this is "unforeseen issues", as stated in the below tweet:
No new date has been given as yet, though hopefully it isn't much further away. Initially planned for launch on 20th October, we'll have to wait a bit more before we can finally see what the fuss is about.
For those out of the loop, Norco is a narrative adventure set in a gritty sci-fi version of Louisiana. You play as a character whose brother has disappeared in the wake of your mother's death, searching New Orleans for answers alongside a security cyborg.
Let's hope a new release date arrives soon. Are you excited to play Norco? Tell us in the comments section below.

Okay...what's up with these "delayed indefinitely" titles?!
An indefinite delay announced only 6 days from release. Must be something weird going on at Raw Fury. Hope everyone’s okay.
I'll never stop wondering, how can someone announce release before having working version in hands...
@djlard generally you'll have estimated the work involved as much as possible in advance, and base your release date on how long it'll take to complete that work with the team you forecast having over the duration of the project.
Old school folks might have a Gantt Chart, while more modern practices might be using Kanban principles, but nobody is going to get far into a large project without having some forecast of how long things will take when money is on the line.
The estimates generally aren't all that accurate on an individual feature level, but over a project things generally shake out (I've had features that were expected to take a week take anywhere between 2 days and 3 months, but things generally averaged out to week, and missing a release date was fairly rate)
Tried this on Gamepass, didn't like it. But then again, magical realism is just not for me.
