Just when you thought you'd seen it all, someone goes and beats two copies of Elden Ring at the same time, while playing simultaneously on a DualSense controller and a...dance pad. No, we're not kidding.
Swedish Twitch streamer MissMikkaa has a history of taking on challenge runs, but this one probably takes the cake. Just to clarify: she played the PS5 version and PC version of Elden Ring at the same time on stream, making sure to match her progress through the entirety of both runs. If she was defeated by a boss in one version but not the other, she'd still have to start the fight over.
With a DualSense controller in her hands and a dance pad at her feet — while also having to look at and keep track of two different screens, it should be noted — MissMikkaa actually went and did it. You can find the full streams archived on her Twitch channel, if you're interested.
Perhaps the most impressive part of the whole challenge, though, is MissMikkaa's fight with what many would consider to be the hardest boss in Elden Ring — it took her 199 attempts to beat, spread across three days of streaming. You can watch the recap video below.
It goes without saying that beating a game like Elden Ring can be a challenge in itself — but can you imagine beating it twice, at the same time? On a dance pad?! Hand over your gamer badge in the comments section below.

Well that puts basically everyone to ever exist to shame!
Fair play but why 😝
I once beat three copies at once, with a dualsense, dancemat and playing with an Xbox controller with my little toe.
Completed it, mate.
On a side note, I've been watching Inbetweeners again
holy moly. take off my hat to her. damn.
God knows how they do that she's hot aswell lol
and boomers wonder why streamers make so much dollar$ 😂🤣 this is real accomplishment. 👍
@nomither6 nah, we just laugh at those who believe it is 🤣🤣🤣
She should have summoned herself to help herself out
Fair play to her if I tried that I'd trip over myself lol
@nessisonett I still give the edge to the guy who beat Bloodborne bosses on NG+7 with a dancemat while blindfolded. Unfortunately, the videos have been erased from the internet.
@Gamer_Guy 😂😂😂
Reminds me of that kid who solved three Rubik’s Cubes while juggling them.
I expect nothing less from my fellow countryme—, erm …women. No seriously, that’s absolutely mental!
Miyazaki to Difficulty Options Camp: See...
And here I was all proud at beating some grunts and the monkey thing at the Gate with a controller...
@TheArt 😂
See this is how FromSoft intended it to be played
The amount of mental gymnastics she had to deal with in order to accomplish this is nothing short of incredibly impressive. Well done Tarnished! Your strength is truly that of an Elden Lord!
She’s very impressive.
Very very impressive. I would still say the whole FromSoftware collection back to back with no hits is the craziest achievement though
The gymnastics the Souls community goes through to craft increasingly insane challenge runs never ceases to amuse.
I thought it was impressive when I saw her video beating DS3's Nameless King with a dance pad, but this is on a different level.
EDIT: Whoops, just realized that was a different streamer called Luality. Fair play to both, amazing skill.
@SolaceCreed
Don’t mess, Northwood are in the house.

@showface What does her upload schedule have to do with anything? She's full time on Twitch with 140k followers there, streams every day.

Thats probably the most impressive feat in all of gaming.

@Would_you_kindly Damn, wonder what that guy's problem was in the first place lol. fair play for telling him like it is man.

Well thats it the human race has officially peaked.
She's awesome, she also did the GoW 2018 Valkyrie bosses on the dance pad recently too. As good as her skills are, it's her patience that's her best skill. She can stream for 4 hours facing one boss and she won't rage quit or lose her cool.
That’s awesome! But that boss fight is still some BS anyway. One of the rare moments when frustration overwhelmed fun in their games.
Sadly not surprised to see these comments get very gross very quick. This was super fun to watch, she is badass! Meanwhile I’m still yet to beat a proper Souls game, Jedi Fallen Order is more my speed…
Absolutely incredible, I'm very impressed.

@showface If this was a video, I would agree. However, it was live in a stream that lasted several hours. Since she can be seen playing the entire time, she would have to line up a pre recorded video hours in advance while recreating every single action on the dance pad to the millisecond, so every move perfectly lines up. This is something even more unlikely. it is not fake.

@showface yes, someone could play it off screen. That still doesn't explain her frame perfect button inputs that match the screens on both a dance pad and a controller consistently over hours in a fight that is heavily based on RNG.
@dschons i hear you 👍 but let’s not believe everything we see and hear not even on live stream.
@showface that is true but it goes both ways. Some people are able to pull off insane stuff like that. But yeah, being sceptical is appropriate these days in a lot of cases.
@dschons 👍

@OneUpOwl I don't know what else to tell you other than what I have already said. It took her multiple streams at multiple hours (according to the video 199 tries). And her inputs on both the dance pad as well as the controllers match every move on screen. I don't know how you can possibly fake that. It's not like she was using the dance pad for the first time either. She has beaten the game before with the dance pad. Just because we cannot imagine it because we aren't good enough to pull something like that off does not mean others can't. She's a full time streamer, has streamed the game every day for 5+ hours for like 6 months straight. Eventually, she even got bored with Malenia playing it normally because she knew the bosses in and out.
@OneUpOwl Yes, we can. Watch when she switches from the analog stick to healing and dodging on the face buttons or the amount of attacks on R1. Perfect match. There's your answer.
Sorry, but in my opinion this is humanly impossible. The level of co-ordination required to pull this off simply does not exist.
I fully expect to see her starring in a Karl Jobst video real soon.
@SolaceCreed Inbetweeners was a great show!
Maybe this is how I play games and lose weight! Win:Win
All these soul games are about patience and pattern recognition, although playing 2 games simultaneously is a feat.
Got candy in my heels tonite, tarnished
@jrt87 i hate ppl like you. i do play souls games and i stil support difficulty options for other ppl. cuz im all abut choice and freedom. it doesnt affect you and yu can still play on hard. quit being a macho a s s hole and just let ppl pla what they want. choices in gaming is better for all
@SerJosh97 Part of the fun of Dark Souls has always been the shared experience of struggling to overcome extreme odds through skill and patience.
Sorry, but I disagree with you. Plenty of other similar games out there if you want a casual experience.
@LifeGirl Watch a pipe organist play a score on multiple keyboards at once, plus multiple foot petal keyboards at once, plus tone changes on the overhead switch panels while reading at least 4 staves at once.
Normal humans can't do it. Bit there's that special few superhumans!
I personally think beating a souls game is humanly impossible in general though so I still cry foul here
@SerJosh97 relax dude - you can both support difficulty options and accept FromSoftware's choice to not include them. There's no need to express hatred for some person you don't even know, just because they're happy with FromSoft's choices. Difficulty/accessibilty options aren't going away just because FromSoft don't decide to implement them, and nobody is arguing that they should be scrapped for all games in general
@dschons LMAO, imagine that, faking the video, but learning the precise steps and inputs to match the events on screen so that they perfectly match throughout hours and hours of livestreams.
If you're that good, it's easier to do it for real.
@Octane exactly, lol.
Great. Now I've got to beat three at the same time if I want to be the best.
That’s seriously impressive.
