It seems everything is getting a kart racer lately, so why not DreamWorks? The animation studio has many memorable characters that star in its films, and you'll soon be able to send them drifting around bends in DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing.
It comes from GameMill Entertainment, the team that's previously brought us a trilogy of Nickelodeon kart racers, so there's a degree of experience there. This seems to be exactly what you'd expect, anyway: 20 playable characters include Shrek, Donkey, Puss in Boots, Boss Baby, Po, Tigress, and Hiccup, and you'll race across courses inspired by DreamWorks movies. Players will also be able to activate special switches on each track, uncovering hidden shortcuts.
The game will allow for four player split-screen or eight player online races, and features various game modes — Free Race, Cups, Challenge, and Time Trial.
There's no release date just yet (and no trailer, sadly), just assurance that it's "coming soon" to PS5 and PS4. Are you excited for this one? Sweet-talk a dragon in the comments section below.

"the team that's previously brought us a trilogy of Nickelodeon kart racers"
Let's hope they remember that characters have voices this time round (yes, I know that the 3rd Nick racer did too)
I guess an Avatar: The last Airbender kart racing game is still a possibility (?)
The kart racers start coming and they don't stop coming.
Disney speedstorm is great and all but the karts here have so much personality
I said yep, what a concept!
Give me Skipper, Private, Rico and Kowalski and I'm in
Eh never really cared for any of DreamWorks movies/properties I'll wait for SpeedStorm to go F2P
