PS5's Ultra Anticipated Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Graces Game Informer 1

It’s hard to believe we’re just a few months away from the release of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, but that’s the situation as we write this article today. Square Enix doesn’t need to drum up much hype for the anticipated PS5 console exclusive – but it’s going to make a bit of noise in the lead up to launch all the same. That’s where this Game Informer cover comes in, then, promising 12-pages of content on the sequel.

The publication travelled to Tokyo to try out new, previously unseen sections from the title – and also interview some of its key creators, including the legendary Tetsuya Nomura. He was also on hand to help design the issue’s cover, which focuses on Sephiroth standing in front of a wall of flames. That inferno spreads to the back of the book, where a portfolio of hero Cloud Strife can be seen.
