Looking for something a little meatier for your PSVR2 headset? Legendary Tales may just fill the gap. It’s being billed as a dark fantasy RPG, built from the ground-up in multiplayer. “I was obsessed with making players feel immersed in the world together, and it’s been the driving force behind our entire development process,” developer Urban Wolf Games’ CEO Byeong Jik Kang explained on the PS Blog. “Every feature, every part of the gameplay was considered only for VR since the beginning.”
So, you’ll be fighting alongside friends, but you’ll also be empowered to build the type of hero you want to play as. “A basic RPG game has class systems, including fighters, rogues, wizards, etc. But what if someone wants to be a magic fighter? Or fight with their bare hands? We didn’t want to be limited by class systems and designed skills and attributes to embrace playstyle freedom. So, the question is, what do you want to be?”
And the game will incorporate all of PSVR2’s bells and whistles, including eye-tracking, adaptive tiggers, haptic feedback, and more. While it’s not exactly a looker in the trailer, the team’s promising a surprisingly physical combat experience. “We’re all about satisfying feedback, and strive to make players feel the power of their strikes through the reaction of their enemies,” Jik Kang concluded.

This actually looked pretty interesting to me. Not amazing visually but it seemed to have a good mix of interesting gameplay and RPG elements
@VaultGuy415 The gameplay sounds good!
Well, this looked somewhat interesting until I saw it was built around multiplayer. Oh well…
@thefourfoldroot1
Apparently you can play it solo but it is a tough game, however you can level up ala Souls genre so hopefully you can overcome the evil within.
Been interested in this, it's on Steam already and it looks very well made and is received well. Glad that this game is on more platforms, VR could use more original RPG games.
This looks great. The PS Store mentioned roomscale being required, so I hope it drops that requirement. My space is barely too small for roomscale.
Looks good, just a shame it is multiplayer so I will probably pass but I agree the loop sounds interesting.
They lost me at multiplayer but until then I was interested!
You CAN play it multiplayer! You definitely don't need to !
Bryan from psvr2withoutparole played his first playtrough( of 40 hours !) Mainly single player. And he gave it it a 9.7 out of 10 !
