REYNATIS, the rather intriguing action RPG that was announced a couple of months back, now has a confirmed release date on PS5 and PS4. It's dropping on the 27th September, which is roughly two months after the game's Japanese launch. That's not a bad turnaround, really.
Set in the towering Tokyo district of Shibuya, a cast of eccentric characters wage war against a magical menace. Based on that gameplay that we've seen so far, this is shaping up to be a flashy excursion with some interesting combat mechanics — like quick-switching between party members — and cool character designs. It's looked a little bit janky at times, but we think there's a decent amount of potential here.

I'm interested. It's going to need to get great reviews first though for me to consider playing it at launch. It's just close enough to Metaphor's launch just a couple weeks later to where I might need to consider putting it on hold until after I finish Metaphor.
I dunno why but I'm kinda interested in this game. I expect it to be quite middling overall, but something about the magic politics in real-world Shibuya compels me.
It's a Furyru (sorry if I misspelt that) game. Expect a fun game that's janky.
When I heard Kingdom Hearts and FFXV writer Kazushige Nojima was in charge, I noped out pretty quick. When you add developer FURYU on top of that, you've got all the ingredients for Worst Game of the Year contender.
It's also coming with a crossover TWEWY event/DLC, as per the latest trailer.
The character art looks like they are from Blade and Soul
@AndyKazama I played the demo for Monark and Crymachina. both were boring (hope you enjoyed if you played them). this one looks good. I'm interested.
I'm excited for it!
I'm hoping there's a demo. I'm very intrigued.
@CthulhuFhtagn crymachina was "interesting". The main story saved it tbh, despite how bonkers it was.
Gonna skip this one. FURYU games aren't quite my cup of tea. Niche titles at best.
