A fresh teaser for Fate/EXTRA Record has arrived. The game was first announced in 2020, and while it's made brief appearances here and there over the years, it feels like the project is finally ramping up to some big news. We're getting more information on the 4th August, via this year's Fate/Grand Order Fes.
For those totally out of the loop, Record is a remake of 2010 PSP RPG, Fate/EXTRA. The original release is a slightly Persona-esque mix of dungeon crawling, turn-based battles, day-to-day life simulation, and visual novel storytelling.
The remake, meanwhile, has certainly looked the part whenever it's reappeared. In particular, this trailer from 2022 showed a lot of promise:
It's highly likely that we'll be seeing more of Fate/EXTRA Record soon, then. And while platforms haven't been confirmed yet, the game's original announcement did say that it was being developed for modern consoles. We'd be shocked if it isn't heading for PS5 at this point.

Good lord, just when I added it the new one to my switch’s wishlist (will get it on Thursday). Terrifying timing. (On an unrelated tanget, I actually find extella link to be a more fun “musou-clone” than sengoku basara. But that’s mainly because SB does its own thing)
