Diablo 4 is gearing up for its first expansion in October, and Vessel of Hatred is set to spice things up a bit, introducing an all-new class. To tide us over in these lean times, Blizzard has entrusted us with a cinematic trailer introducing the animalistic Spiritborn, which calls upon the power of Spirit Guardians to strike down its foes.
Hailing from the far-off jungles of Nahantu, players who choose to roll with the new Spiritborn can look forward to employing the unique strengths of the Centipede, Eagle, Jaguar, and Gorilla Spirit Guardians to tear into Hell's legions. If you want to catch up on the class's lore and history, Blizzard has a full write-up, but it sounds like a high-mobility DPS prospect that should find a welcome home amongst the game's other archetypes.
Are you looking forward to Vessel of Hatred? What do you think of the Spiritborn class? Does it seem up your alley? Invoke your own Spirit Guardian (ours is the noble Dachshund) in the comments section below.

I must say this is maybe first Diablo product I won't buy. Not because of this weird character but because whole way D4 goes. I've tried to play D4 maybe two weeks back and things got maybe worsen... I tried, really tried to give another 40 hours to D4 after 40 hours story, but there is nothing to do, nothing to get...
A high mobility DPS that’s doomed to be nerfed indefinitely by developers who want to artificially inflate the difficulty. Sounds fun.
@CrashBandicoat I wanted something like WitchDoctor but settled on Druid which was fine and then Necro but what I hated was the fact that only certain builds were viable.
I'm looking forwards to this as I'm eager to dive back into diablo after a long break. I love the game and it has a lot to give if you are prepared for the grind. Granted its definitely a marmite game and I can understand people not liking it and mistaking it for a rpg when in fact its an arpg. Roll on October..
