Fans of the relatively divisive Dragon Ball GT rejoice! Bandai Namco has confirmed that 12 characters from the spin-off anime series will be playable in Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero, and you can catch them in action via the above trailer.
Just to clarify, we've got:
- Goku (GT, Super Saiyan, 3, 4)
- Vegeta (GT, Super Saiyan 4)
- Pan (GT)
- Uub (GT)
- Majuub
- Baby Vegeta
- Super Baby 1
- Super Baby 2
- Great Ape Baby
- Syn Shenron
- Omega Shenron
- Gogeta (GT, Super Saiyan 4)
We've seen plenty of requests for Dragon Ball GT representation in Sparking! Zero, so it's nice that these characters are part of the roster. Said roster is truly massive, by the way, consisting of 164 playable heroes and villains from across Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Super, and now Dragon Ball GT.

Wow, no Super 17?
I feel robbed because he was one of my mains during BT3 era.
Dang, I was honestly sort of hoping this was the moment when a game finally let GT fade into the ether.
@somnambulance I don't mind characters showing in the games that much although GT is still total dog crap.

@CielloArc Yeah kinda crazy they didn't show Super 17 unless they have him grouped differently no General Rildo either but I'm still have SSJ4 is finally confirmed.
No SUPER 17… this is blasphemy!!
@somnambulance that will never happenen as long as SSJ4 exist.
@CielloArc almost guarantee that it'll be a DLC, I mean all but 4 of the characters that are implemented are from Xenoverse (and a lot of the exceptions are either variants or first forms). Plus, I doubt BN are going to release a Dragon Ball 3D arena fighter without putting in their beloved Nuova and Eis, so there's a good chance they'll all be there.

SSJ4 design is just off the charts cool. Only thing I like about GT (although the last time I gave it a shot was 10 years ago lol and it didn't last long)
Don't like GT personally, just never vibed with the SSJ4 transformation look (the ape hair is a gigantic nope for me). That being said, I am of course still happy for others who are excited. GT may not be my thing, but I can still have fun with some of these characters. Looking forward to picking this up next month.
GT was booty. It had cool character designs though. Always welcome to have them in games.
Never was a big GT fan but SSJ4 was one of the few things I liked on the show. Personally I found it more of a genuine 'natural' evolution of the Super Saiyan forms then most forms that DB Super spit out.
