Topic: The Trophy Discussion Thread

Question for Horizon players. I am close to the platinum for this. Seems relatively easy going, however time consuming. My question is - Did anyone manage to get all five of the "unmarked collectables" without resorting to a guide. I missed a couple and couldn't bear not knowing if they were missable or not. I feel dirty.

I got the platinum in Transistor and I've nearly got the platinum in Heavy Rain.

@johncalmc Nice. Totally forgot about Tansistor. Really enjoyed the short time I played it.

There should be trophies for playing through games with bowl cuts when the option is presented. It really should be rewarded.

@KALofKRYPTON By like the eighth time I was watching the end credits I felt I could relate to the victims of the Origami Killer.

@johncalmc Eight play throughs?! You may as well have worked at QD for that level of abuse!

@KALofKRYPTON To be fair it's not eight total playthroughs. You do one full playthrough, then go back a couple of chapters and make different choices, rinse and repeat. But the credits are so long and totally unskippable that it feels like it.

@johncalmc I didn't even finish it in the end as I watched a mate get to one of the endings.

I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to go for next, trophy wise. I'm currently playing Hitman a bit and I'd probably platinum that if it had one because I really like it. Otherwise, it's either going to be Bastion, Deadly Premonition, Valkyria Chronicles, or something.

Well, my daughter traded her old Wii and GameCube stuff this past weekend and got a merry bounty in CeX voucher credit.

She got Digaea 5 for her Switch and is already diving deep and having a great time with it! So if that's your type of thing...

I'm going for the platinum in Valkyria Chronicles. I thought I'd nearly got it and then I noticed a trophy I hadn't even started that is loads of work so now I'm annoyed I wasn't doubling up and making progress on it while I was doing other stuff.

I am going for platinum in Infamous SS. I am currently on the end of my good karma 100% playthrough and after that I will have to do bad karma expert difficulty People say it is not that bad so I hope I won't have problems with that.

I got the platinum in Valkyria Chronicles and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.

@YeYa that's the best way to do it! Bad Karma is a lot more fun. Powers are better and you don't have to worry about killing the DUPEs!

@YeYa @Kidfried Being bad is more fun in everything. Especially in Dishonored.
