120 Hz is nice and all but the issue is it's not persistent; it is running at high frame rates and sudden drop from 120 FPS to ~ 90 FPS will be very noticeable compared to slight dip from 60. Besides majority of people will not have equipment needed to experience it. Those that do don't worry we'll get it soon I believe in December next gen version will be rolled out.
@get2sammyb I have a very good feeling that the reason why it doesn't allow you to transfer PS5 games to external drives is due to current SSD support limitations/restriction. I think once they've unblocked using the M.2 slot I think along with that this restriction will automatically disappear. This theory is reinforced due to a comment made by Mark Cerny at the 'Road to PS5' presentation that it will only accept SSD's that are either as fast as PS5's or faster so currently they've blocked PS5 game transfers as a result of blocking the M.2 slot.
What about the web browser? Does it even have one? If it does what is it like compared to previous gen as the last gen browser was buggy and laggy at the same time. But either way even it doesn't have one I have no complaint but would be nice if it did.
When you put it that way I think those couple of weeks will fly by. Especially given that you'll have plenty of hands on reviews and game performance tests and such to review or preview shall I say yourself.
@Daleaf well I suppose having the games and accessories will make the time go a bit faster, we can put it on a shelf overlooking a bed and stare into them to the point of deep sleep and dream playing that game to wake and play that game...
@Daleaf I did too, hope they change the release date to 12th for the console as well, I cannot wait another day nevermind a week. I actually would pay a bit more to get it early dunno why they left the UK behind with the rest of the world as we have a huge gaming community here as well.
Just be patient, soon we'll forget about all of this. The wait for the next gen is causing all of this drama as different people have different expectations, remember you cannot satisfy everyone. Sony wants to satisfy the consumers but they also have to keep the big bosses the shareholders happy. decision making isn't as easy for me to say yes and you to say no when we both are responsible for the same thing there are clashes internally that we're not aware of.
