I think PSPs will still be produced for a very long time in Japan, just like how PS2s were still produced until 2012.

I read that Sakurai actually owns every PlayStation system, he owns a PS1, PS2, PSP, PS3, PS Vita, and now a PS4.

I think it was a mistake also because it would of also sold amazing in Japan on PS4 because of Japan's love for mechs but they're loyal to Sony.

Nintendo should do an indie bundle with the Wii U

I wonder if Japan will get a PS4 + PS Vita bundle like what Europe got.

I think a new LittleBigPlanet would do very well on PS4, in fact, Media Molecule wants the PS4 to be the "Ultimate Creative Console".

@goonow NA/EU/AU would've have still gotten the PS4 in 2013 if Japan got it earlier than us.

The PS4 is also the first Sony system that we got before Japan.

I thought Japan was going to get it first myself, but it was a smart idea to not release it there until 2014 because the launch line up would've been entirely western games except for Knack. Even their February 22nd launch line seems to lack Japanese games. I think alot more Japanese gamers will start picking up PS4s during the Holiday season of 2014 when the system has alot more Japanese games.

Those regions have a huge preference for Sony, which is not good for MS there.

Not this year, I probably would during 2014 if the PS4 is successful.

I'd love to see PlayStation "Miis", it's like having a character creator that spans the whole console. I was hoping Modnation would eventually do this but Sony seems to have replaced it with LittleBigPlanet Karting.

It'll probably also be on Xbox One and PC.

Maybe we'll see PlayStation All-Stars Ultimate Bout on the PS4.

I personally thought Nintendo's was better overall. Sony's wasn't bad, it was just spotty. But I'm very happy that PS4 is not blocking used games.

It took my GameStop a long time to finally get rid of the last of its Xbox, GBA, and Gamecube games.

I'm sure Yoshida didn't have the PC on his mind when he said this, because PC gaming is almost non-existant in Japan.
