Can officially say that the 9.00 PS4 Update has caused problems on my main PS4. After updating, it no longer allowed me to play series and videos on the web browser. So I grabbed my second PS4 out and didn’t update and all the sites work perfectly fine. On my main one it doesn’t even try to load them anymore
