Hardware is somewhat passable for a console from 3 years ago.
It's the UI/Interface/Dashboard abomination that I cannot accept. It looks and feels like it was designed by a bunch of drunken interns over a weekend between trips to the liquor store for reloads and the Sony HQ bathroom.
Completely and utterly contemptible how many basic QOL features are missing, or replaced by what are essentially full-screen ads for games I already own.
It's on par with Microsoft's old "Windows Media Centre" for most pathetic excuse for a user interface I've ever had the displeasure of using.
