Everytime theres a mention about silent hill everyone wants to talk about kojima, kojimas the only one that can do it, it HAS to be him. Silent hill isnt even his game, in fact its not even konamis, they own it in name only as they bought publishing rights from the original studio team silent. Keiichiro Toyama is the real creator of silent hill. Him and all those other devs went on to do their own thing like making the game "Siren", its entirely possible to get a silent hill game by someone other than Kojima.
