For me this is an 8/10. Tokyo looks great on HFR Quality (Vsync On), which seems to lock the game at 60fps. It's creepy without being horrific (which stresses me out). There's lots of "busy work," but I enjoy collectables. You can probably just stick to the main missions on Easy mode, if you prefer just sticking to the story. Combat can be challenging. A variety of enemies, some of which attack with Kung Fu moves. And it's full of Japanese culture and weird paranormal stuff. Plus it's free on PS+ Extra and XB Game Pass. What's not to love?
