Topic: 2 step verification code (Urgent)

I want to log in ps4 network and i put my email and password correctly but they ask me for a code i would receive in my phone, but i change my phone number, and i don´t have my account loged in on pc or in my smartphone, what do i do? if i try to log in on my pc or my smartphone they ask me the same code so its impossible to get one
