Topic: Only one free game available

Hey guys, I have a problem with the free PS+ games. I never had any problems with them until this month. The games available should be CoD WW2 and Star Wars Battlefront 2. WW2 is listed in the free games just fine, however, Battlefront is still not in the list. It also can't be a regional problem, since friends of mine who live in my area are able to download both games just fine.

Do you guys have an idea what could cause this?

@RogerRoger No, I never had one. A friend who logged into his account from my ps once has it, but him logging in was 2 years ago and it was a completely different PSN account

Should I send a mail to Sony or should I call the hotline?

@CombatWombat Just keep in mind that if you try and contact them be patient. Due to the pandemic wait times can be a bit longer then usual.
