Topic: 2-Step Verification Problem

I don't know if I asked this question in right place or not but I have a problem with 2-step verification in the sign-in process. I didn't active 2-step verification and now I can't log in to my account. The sign-in doesn't send me the verification code and I can't generate backup code because I'm not logged in to the PSN account not on PC and not on play station device.

@morika You would have to ask Sony about your problem as no one can really help here as this is not an official Sony site, just a fan site.

Yes I know but I Can't find any email address or phone number to contact sony entertainment

Due to covid-19 there could be delays in reaching someone, but i believe they are still available .

Life is more fun when you help people succeed, instead of wishing them to fail.
