Topic: PSVR exit poll

@Kidfried: It could also be a success but I am not in a position to take that risk. I will give it a year and see what E3 2017 has to say about PSVR.

I shall be getting the PSVR but most likely not until the spring time. to many other reasons have a hand in me wallet at that time.

I'm out on this one. I don't like the idea of not being able to see the environment around me, or not being able to have a coffee or coke when I play lol.

I pre-ordered mine as soon as I could so I am very much IN! I just hope it doesn't go the way of 3D games, Move games, or the Vita.

In - I pre-ordered pretty much as soon as I heard it was available on Amazon.
Out - Then a few weeks later I cancelled; worried about the range / quality of games.
In - Then a few days ago I pre-ordered again.
So currently I'm in... But it could change
Oh i just don't know. so many variables.

Before E3 I was on the fence. Then Resident Evil VII happened.

I've used it and it works great. You can get a better experience elsewhere if you're willing to pay the extra cash, but PlayStation VR is very competent for the price.

@get2sammyb: For me it really depends on how psvr performs on the standard ps4. If you need neo for adequate performance for the majority of titles it can wait.

I surprisingly didn't see Ubisoft, EA or Bethesda bang the VR drum - bar the red rocket tech demo. I dont think they are sure about vr either.

I'm in. I'll give it a shot as it does look cool.

Thought I had voted but maybe not. I am IN.

I've not tried VR and I am certainly aware that this Gen 1 will probably be laughable in a few short years in comparison. However, unlike Move, Kinect, etc. or even gadgets like the Vita or PSTV there is a possibility that VR can change what gaming is in a fundamental fashion.

Waggling a stick or yourself at the screen was a gimmick and most gamers got that very very quickly. I love my Vita but the touch elements added zero to the gameplay and were not ever really integral to the game. VR doesn't feel like that to me. It has the potential to be more immersive, to potentially create new genres of games. It might be that the tech still isn't there for that yet but I am willing to give it a try and see what it can offer.

P.S - my vote has nothing to do with finishing Ready Player One recently.
