@Ralizah Thanks, updated the list to show which games you have taken.
As I have said, I am not questioning positions people have decided which groups any game belongs in unless I myself have the experience and knowledge to question and reason why I believe they need to be in a different category. If you do feel you need to re-look at the Atelia games, you are of course free to move those as you were the one who put them in that category.
As soon as every game is Orange, I do intend to ask the team to take a look at the complete list. If everyone is OK with the positions, we will mark everything Green to look them and submit them. If anyone has 'any' issue, they can of course discuss it with reasoning as to why it belongs in a different category and which category they believe it should belong in. We do have until Sunday to lock our positions down and I would prefer it if we are all completely in agreement.

Why can't life be like gaming? Why can't I restart from an earlier checkpoint??

@BAMozzy - yes, i've played all the PS3 assassin's creed games (ok, i played black flag on PS4). honestly i thought III was a bit rubbish and got bored of it long before the end. churning them out yearly, the quality really began to suffer.
my rating would be:
very important: 2
important: 1, brotherhood, revelations, 4
existing: rogue
not important: 3
@BAMozzy - i have played both Army of Two, and Army of Two: 40th day. i can rank those, and take something else if you want. i haven't heard of anything else on the list, so i would be relying on search engine hits.
my PS4 external hdd seems to have either got the head stuck on the platter or suffered mechanical failure, as neither my PS4 nor PC seem able to read/recognise the drive, so i've got pre-occupied seeing if i can recover it, or have to write-off 2Tb worth of games..
Arcana Heart 3 + Arcana Heart 3: Love Max!!!! Impact on gaming today: Nil Technical achievement: Performance, including a solid 60fps framerate, is good. It's a simple 2D fighter, though, so that's to be expected. It doesn't push the hardware in any way. Artistic Merit: Several niche publications have talked about the deep fighting system in this game, so it definitely has some worth in that regard. Otherwise, it seems to have not made a huge splash, even in terms of its own niche. The Love Max!!!!! version of the game has extra modes and rebalanced gameplay, making the original release kind of pointless. Personal: I've played one of these games very briefly on the Vita. They're OK if you like 2D fighters and cute anime girls. Not much else to say.
Final verdict: Not Important for Love Max!!!!! Pointless for the original release
I'm going to go ahead and keep the Atelier games in the Not Important pile as well. Other people can do what they want, but I'm perfectly comfortable with calling these games "Not Important," because... well... they aren't. They're decent little games, but their impact on the JRPG genre and surrounding industry seems to be fairly minimal.
What games are still needed to be looked at? I can't imagine any being 'important' (or better) otherwise I think someone here would have some insight into them - even if its just hearing the names in conjunction with their impact or influence on gaming. Of course they may be better than pointless or not important.
I am sure that we can at least try and do a bit of research - even if it means checking Metacritic for the reviews and generally perception of these as well as wiki and/or youtube too.

These look like the ones left to place
Apache: Air Assault Gaijin Entertainment - @BAMozzy
Aquapazza: Aquaplus Dream Match Examu - @Rudy_Manchego
Ar Nosurge Gust Co. Ltd.
Arcania: The Complete Tale Black Forest Games - @Rudy_Manchego
Ar tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel Gust Corporation
Army of Two EA Montreal - @BAMozzy
Army of Two: The 40th Day EA Montreal - @BAMozzy
The Awakened Fate Ultimatum Nippon Ichi Software - @ZeD
I'll look into these 3 if you can decide which ones you want to take...
[b]The Awakened Fate Ultimatum [b]
Has not really left a lasting impression on the gaming world. It is a shell of a game compared to the 1st game and does not even have a wiki page!
Graphically it is cute but not ground breaking and as a rpg rouge like game, nothing super original.
It had mixed reviews but It is something that wouldn't be missed.
Final Verdict Pointless, play the original
I have no issues with the placement of the other games
Apache: Air Assault - seems to be a 'reasonable' Helicopter flight sim but not for the 'arcade' gamers. Can't think of any other Helicopter combat sims so can't see this as being anything more than Not Important. I don't think it deserves to be in Pointless as it appears to be decent graphically and had a unique MP co-op. Two players can also play together on the same console with one pilot and one as a gunner. That does at least add something of interest but I can't think of any lasting impact - so Not Important but not pointless.
Army of Two - Obviously went on to spawn a sequel and a spin off. It also had an 'interesting' concept of being built primarily as a 2 player co-operative game but also had an AI partner for solo players. It was also region locked to improve player experience and reduce lag/ping. I have to put this into 'pointless' now as EA shut down the servers in 2011...
Army of Two: The 40th Day - There are certain aspects that make me think this could well be more 'important' than just existing. Again a game built for co-operative play but also had a morality system and 'aggro' which would cause the enemy to switch focus and used for tactical purposes. It was more dynamic and had more variety with reason to replay thanks to different endings. It could very easily of been an influence for games today - particularly those looking at more co-operative focussed gaming - A Way Out for example. However, I can't think of it as having significant influence or importance today so I am left with putting this in 'Existing'. There are aspects that do sound like they could be expanded and/or explored by a current/future developer to look at and use to influence their project. As its predominantly a 'co-op' based game, its rather limiting to the modern gamer - trying to find another friend looking to play a 9yr old game. It may have more importance to XB360/XB1 as a GwG BC game to have sufficient number of players to actually get the most out of this today and as such, I have to put it into Existing for PS3
EDIT: I have updated the spreadsheet with these 3 games now in the categories I have assessed them to be in. I have NO issue if someone else feels that ANY of these need moving as I have based this purely on Metacritic and the reviews of both critics and gamers, Wikipedia and youtube. The fact that I have not based these on my own first hand experience, I have no issue with others moving these as they see fit. Just let me know if you do and the reasoning why - thank-you
@Rudy_Manchego If you disagree with my positioning of Apache, Please feel free to move it to a different one. My assessment is based purely on Metacritic, youtube and Wiki - as well as looking at the gaming landscape today - I can't think of any lasting impact or similar games today - if we had modern Helicopter combat sims, then maybe this could have been a major influence but as I can't think of any, I opted to put it into 'Not Important'. I didn't think it was pointless as it does have some redeeming factors that could be appealing for some today but more niche.

Ar tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel Gust Corporation and Ar Nosurge Gust Co. Ltd are both Japanese RPGs, both are meant to be quite good but nothing particularly special.
AquaPazza: AquaPlus Dream Match is a 2D fighting game where most of the characters are young ladies. Once again, the game is meant to be ok, looking at a video, it looks like passable game play, but I've seen little to suggest it's particularly memorable in any way.
I would suggest these 3 games should remain in the default position.
Edit: I have also looked at metacritic to get a quick idea of how these games are reviewed to assist me with coming to a conclusion.
